BURDOCK ROOT EXTRACT
Rich in mucilages with soothing power on irritations and redness. Arctiopicrin, a sort of natural antibiotic essential to reduce bacterial colonization often responsible for acne, can be found in the mucilage. Arcticide acid promotes skin healing, while inulin has antifungal power. These mucilages create an invisible protective barrier against external agents. This is why the purifying gel has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activity, capable of counteracting bacterial and fungal infections, and strengthening the skin against acne and seborrheic dermatitis.
Derived from the pulp of olives, it is widely used for the skin as it provides nourishment and acidifies the skin protecting it from bacteria, microorganisms and fungi.
It is an excellent toning and revitalizing agent. Olive oil is one of the richest in oleic acid, with great nutritional and emollient properties for the skin. The composition of the fats in olive oil is very similar to the sebum of the skin and among the natural lipids it has the greatest affinity for the lipid layer of our skin, which is why it is absorbed more easily and deeply, with a longer-lasting action and cell reconstruction.
In addition to fats, we also find vitamin E, which controls melanin production and prevents the formation of blemishes, vitamin A, vitamin D, and finally carotenoids, which after absorption are transformed into retinol, a true enemy of free radicals.
It is an emollient oil that deeply nourishes the skin and regulates its natural hydration system. It also has a soothing effect on redness and irritation and is well tolerated even by the most sensitive skin.
